When I first moved into these apartments everything was fineA few months later there was a new manager and from this point everything went badShe called all the time about something that I was doing wrong and I tried my best to be a good residentI was asked to move out due to a police call in which no one was arrestedThe lease states; if someone is arrested on property that your lease may be terminatedWell she did just that and no one was even arrestedI feel very discriminated against due to the fact that the police are there a few times each week and no one else has been asked to leave

Well ive stayed in sierra verde for about monthsThe new manager thats her name *** abuses her authority as landlordShe always talk to people as if shes threatening their housing stability in the apartmentsShe invades your privacy and she acts as if shes doing her job correctly but she turns around and adds in things she acts like she didnt know or if you didnt tell her something when she reports to her bossIdidnt have my children in my custody when I moved in but she still moved me to a two bedroom which waa nice of her and I appreciated it very muchI wasnt getting cash for them anymore and she had received verification for it but she still added it on my leaseThen when cooperate mentioned something to her not sure how or exactly what but she made me renew my lease as if she didnt have the information from the first dayShe will give you a ten day notice for any little thing and will throw it in your face any chance she geta about terminating your leaseNow when you have hud housing if you get terminated you cant get the housing anywhere elseDifferent state alsoWhen I made a complaint about my ac unit and the complex responded back to the Revdex.com they left out multiple things in the responseI didnt get the email in time to replyEveryone in these apartments say its like a jail and its only been that way since shes been hereIve never had my own place in this apartments until this year but ive been in these apartments for years with friends and familyEither her or cooperate are making it a non smoking property when about 96% of this complex smokesShe put a man out a handicap man that was here years that I know personally this year because of his dog getting off a leash and also gave him a 24hour notice because he told her this job is going to her head and god going to make her payShe went in court stating he threatened herShe very crooked and she does abuse her power very muchIve never had a manger like her and I wont ever recommend anyone to live here while shes landlordIm moving soon as possibleAlso you can call cooperate on her and they wont do anything about itI want everyone to sign a petition in the apartments just to see how many people see what I seeI know many do because people come to my house talking about herOr outside complaining about herThese apartments arent anything like any other one you would ever live inIts a jail hereShe plays the nice roll and that she does her job but dont let her fool youI want these apartments on the news

This is a list of the itemized calls we have received in reference to apartment 32 and their HVAC system.
4/21/2014@ 8:42am- Resident contacted us that her HVAC was leaking. Completed @ 10:30am Condensation unit was extracted and it stopped leaking.
5/16/14...

@9:59pm- Resident called that her unit was blowing warm air. Manager responded due to Maintenance Transition and advised resident that [redacted] was going to be called she then stated that she was going to be gone to Phoenix for the weekend that we could fix upon her return.
Completed 5/19/14 @ 8:00am by [redacted].
8/13/14 @ 10:56am- Resident called that AC was not working.  We installed the portable AC unit because, a blower motor needed to be ordered and installed.
Completed 8/15/14@ 11:00am- [redacted] installed new motor blower.
9/18/14 @ 5:51pm- Resident called that AC was not working.  Since it wasn't that warm resident accepted a floor fan.
Completed 9/19/14 @ 3:00pm- Motor blower was defective and a new one was reinstalled per warranty.
9/28/14 @ 10:00am- Resident called the Maintenance Emergency Line ###-###-#### re: AC not working.  Management received a call from Maintenance Technician because he stated he was trying to call the resident and she kept hanging up the phone. Manager called resident and she stated that she was trying to reach the Maintenance Technician but, that he kept hanging up the phone.
Management then contacted the ###-###-#### and phone rang but, could not hear the Maintenance Technician at this point it was discovered that the Maintenance Emergency Line was not working. Management contacted Resident apologized for the inconvenience and informed her that [redacted] were on their way to fix. In addition, Management apologized for all the inconvenience and offered resident to call the Management office line if she had any other questions since it was being forwarded to the on call staff.
Completed 9/28/14@ 2pm by [redacted] found bad fuses and replaced. Tested and working.
 
10/15/14  @ 8:33am Resident notified Management that heater was not working and she wanted to report it before it got cold. At this point Management has requested a second opinion with a different company to get this HVAC system working properly. [redacted] has come out to the property and stated that the unit will need a new Air Handler. Which is in the process of being installed.
Management and staff have done all the proper procedures to get this solved and will continue until this issue at hand is solved. Maintenance Emergency phone was replaced and in working order.
