Sierra Vista Clean, LLC

They came three times to do a move out clean and the house still looked terrible! The floors look like they had been lightly touched, the windows and seals were still dirty, the walls hadn't been wiped down, the kitchen cabinets still had dirt and spatter on them, and the ceiling fans were still covered in dustFor $325, we were completely disappointed!!!

The cleaning services provided were not satisfactory
We had Sierra Vista clean perform a move out clean on *** *** *** *** XXXXX on the 26th of AprilWe were contacted by First West Properties on the 10th of May about the unsatisfactory nature of the service providedFirst West had reported that they had been unable to contact Sierra Vista Clean to return out to do another cleaning
I contacted SV Clean and was able to have them go back out to perform another cleaning and to get the service up to the point where it was acceptable to First West
According to First West, SV Clean was told to go back and to re-clean the entire houseSV Clean went back for minutes, the cleaning performed was still unsatisfactory to First West Properties
I have requested a refund for the job uncompleted from SV Clean, but they have flatly refusedI informed them that I would be bringing this to your attention and that I would continue to seek a full refund for a job incomplete
