For at least years now Sierra Vista Auto Glass has been me unsolicited serveral times a dayI have asked them to stop every timeBut they don't Service auto glass has been calling myself, my husband, and my business line multiple times a day for several years nowI have asked them to take me off of the list every single time they callHowever they still continue to callMy phone numbers are all on a do not call list for soliciting if they continue to harass me by making these phone callsRecently they also tried to deceive me by saying they were one of the technicians that came out to work on my vehicle but he could not give me any details about my vehicleThey're deceptive and harassingI just want them to stop calling me
Harassment Many months (perhaps over a year) ago I had a windshield replacedEver since then I have received a "follow-up" phone call at LEAST weekly, despite NUMEROUS requests to be removed from the call list(s)This week alone I have received phone callsOften times the calls come in during work hours, disrupting my attentionThe calls are often from different phone numbers with local area codes so I am unable to screen and/or ignore them
The original advertised deal was not honored I had my windshield replaced back in DecemberVista Glass advertised a $Visa gift card would be included in the purchase I had to call several times I left messages Finally I was able to speak with a representative in February who assured me the gift card would be sent out immediately Now, almost months later, I had to call again inquiring about the gift card that never arrived The representative I spoke with told me they no longer had those cards available and offered me a $restaurant voucher good for more than restaurants in the area I asked if I would have to pay any additional fees and he assured me I would not When I checked my email, the voucher is for a Diner Club which I have to pay to sign up for I will also have to log in every month the redeem $at a time (per month) and spend over $to get $offI am also only given days to pay for the membership before the offer lapsesI am very disapp
Continue to call my cell phone with work requests even after multiple request to be removed from their calling list I Used Sierra Vista Glass years ago and every since they have felt it necessary to call my cell phone periodically and see if I need more glass work doneI have requested they not call me multiple times, but they just don't get the messageTheir calls are annoying and not in keeping with what I consider good business practices
The company called me offering a promotional deal if I used their company for a windshield replacementWhen I asked them to honor the deal they wont I received a call from sierra vista glass who said they were aware of a crack in my windshield from my wifeThey said that if I used their company that day, and decided to get my windshield replaced that I would receive a promotional offer that included 300$ restaurant voucher, a camera, and other items.They said the day after I received the new windshield I would get an email about the promotionI never received the emailI called sierra vista glass to inquiry, and they referred me to another individual in charge of the promotionHe said he no longer does business with sierra vista glass and he couldn't help meI called sierra vista glass back and they said their is nothing they could do
