It was a misunderstanding and the issues have now been taken care of
Consumer states issues have been taken care of.
Review: WE contracted for 150 sq. ft. of Flag stone to be installed over dirt. He provided no contract,only verbal, price changed several times to where his final price was $2,450 for 150 sq. ft. of installed flag stone. He used defective stone in some areas, he was to provide 2 caps that would allow access to main sewer clean out and main water cut off, of which he rocked over and now there is no access. He won't answer phone calls or respond to texts or emails. Unfortunately he has been paid, so now our recourse is to take him to small claims court and to pay another contractor to redo his poor, substandard job. He is unprofessional, dishonest, does poor work, and damaged our property. Do not use this dishonest contractor.Desired Settlement: I want this contractor to repair the damage that he has caused by covering up and rocking over our main water cut off and our main sewer clean out and provide the caps for access that he contracted and agreed to do, and want him to replace the substandard stone that he installed with drill holes completely through the rock.
