Sierra Window Treatments

Review: Bought Wood Shutters was promised 6-8 week will it turned out to be delivered after 7 months finally. When She came to install we noticed one shutter was defective top to bottom it was also measured inaccurately. We were promised replacement shutter for this room and its been roughly 4 months no email no phone calls returned not sure what else I can do. The product warranty is honored thru the selling dealer so if I can't get hold of this company I am unable to get replacement. Will never buy or do business with sierra window treatments rather pay a little more for better customer service.Desired Settlement: Would like a replacement as promised.
