Good morning this is in response to a written complaint that we have received.  With this case the patient has a ppo dental insurance that does not cover the services that were needed at 100% there for the patient has a co payment which was charged.  There are also two disputes with the...

financing company that she financed her treatment with and both were denied any charge back from us seeing that the patient is fully responsible for the treatment that was rendered.  We did a crown on this patient and a cleaning was supposed to be done as well the patient decided at the end after she did not want to go threw with the cleaning and that was indeed refunded to here back to here card.  The only thing the patient is now responsible for is the crown that we prepped and made for her.  All consent forms and sales documentation have been presented to her and she signed treatment was explained to her she did talk to the finance company over the phone herself to agree to the charged that we charged her but now is not wanting to pay.  Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me or anything else we can do we have tried to communicate with the patient but she has been very difficult to deal with.  The owner did come to an agreement with her over the phone and when we called to make her appointment she started calling our sister offices saying that we are harassing her. We have done everything possible to please this patient and hope we can still be of service to her in the future.  Thank you very much
