client named [redacted] or [redacted]. We never had someone who send a container or crate with us that never reached their family. We never charged anyone $600 for something they send our rates are $400 and $675.  I would love to see this person produce the so called receipt she has (I am positive she has none), but this is very unfortunate that such a person can spread such lies. I have a feeling that this is someone who is trying to damage the reputation of the company, and I want to seek a defamation/slander suit against her. Sincerely,Sia M[redacted]
