On May 14, MisK [redacted] brought a yellow Louis Vuitton handbag in terrible terrible terrible conditionShe was very upset that her sister washed her expensive bagShe ask if we can bring it back life to the bag.I (J [redacted] ) was helping her I told her I'm sorry we can't because this bag is 100% damage full of stain, water damages, wrinkles, and on the side of the hand bag which is leather was damaged tooShe was insisting that we try, she asked several times please give it a tryI told her we have to sent it to Los Angeles to (Universal Leather & specialties cleaners)She said "ok"I told her our policy is we take the payment for cleaning any leather services in advanceShe acceptedI also told her not to wait for a miracleShe said over and over “ok just give it a try”She paid fifty dollars, I told her it would be ready in four weeks and she was ok with it.My other coworker Nancy Cardenas was my witness that whole timeWhen owner (Z [redacted] ) saw this bag she asked me (J [redacted] ) why I accepted this bag because she knew it was hopeless to try to cleanAnyways the leather man (A [redacted] ) who came to pick up the leather orders did not want to take the bagWe told him that customer insisted that we try to clean her very expensive bag that her sister washedHe started checking everything like he always does for any type of damage on all the itemsHe said “Zari this is not a real Louis Vuitton handbag because the real brand never use plastic always uses leather and this bag has plastic instead of what we thought was leather”I (Zari /store owner) said “really"Then he asked me “Do you still want me to take this one"I said “yes because the customer insisted"After A [redacted] brought handbag back it looked one hundred percent betterMeanwhile MisK [redacted] kept calling if the handbag was ready for pick upAfter four weeks I called her to tell her that her handbag was ready for pick upWhen she came to pick up the handbag (Z [redacted] ) was helping her she kept yelling what are these stainsI said "ma'am do you remember the condition of this bag it looks one hundred percent better"She said “send this bag back to Los Angeles to re clean it"I told her “It's not going to get any better", but she insistedI said "okay we will give it another try”When Arturo came back to get the leathers I asked if he can try it againHe replied “we already tried three times" but he still tried one last time.I have the whole world as my witnessJ [redacted] , Nancy Cardenas, A [redacted] , and the other employesI'm just asking her how can she do this the other peopleWhat kind of money is she trying to get?
