Dear [redacted] :I am responding to your letter dated September 11, in reference to ID [redacted] The complainant states that she did not notice the missing CDs until sometime after she had left the premisesDespite the fact that customers are able to watch every step of the process and all services are performed within plain view of all customers, she stated to me that she never specifically saw any employee take her CD folioI have spoken to my manager and employees about the purported incident and find the allegation to be false, as I attempted to explain in good faith to the customerCentralwood Carwash has been providing excellent customer care and service to the community for more than three decades and we do so with the utmost in professionalism and respect of our customers.Kindest Regards,Paul E

August 4, 2015Dear [redacted] .I am in receipt of complaint ID [redacted] dated 7/27/which claims that Centralwood Carwash of Largo, Inc, scratched said customer's driver side windowAfter review of the incident with my manager and staff, l have confimred that the scratch indeed existed when the customer arrived on premises, prior to service at Centralwood CarwashMoreover, the customer complained initially to my manages about the window tint being scratched and did not mention the window itself until he spoke with me on the phone several days laterCentralwood Carwash has been providing excellent customer service to our patrons and community for more than years, We appreciate all of our customers and will continue to provide them with the utmost professionalism and careWhereas I understand that it is virtually impossible to please everyone, we do try and make a good faith effort, therefore, it is a shame that the custormer has promised to take his claims to social media as a way of persuading his outcome.Very truly yours,Paul E

In response to the above noted complaint filed on 5/22/2016, I would like to state that the customer's vehicle had many obvious scratches in the paint of his vehicle when he first entered the lot at Centralwood Carwash, as the customer himself admitted. After service was provided, the customer then...

complained that among all of the pre-existing scratches, he could notice 2 new ones in which he asserts occurred as a result of the brushes in the carwash. Centralwood Carwash has always operated as a brushless carwash, in which cloth is used as an alternative to clean the exterior of vehicles, which will not scratch the paint or in any other way inflict damage. It would be impossible to remain in business serving our community with stellar reviews for more than 30 years if this were not the case. As I tried to reason with the customer and provide satisfactory service, he remained unreasonable and impossible to communicate with and would only be satisfied with a full refund over pre-existing scratches that occurred elsewhere.Paul E[redacted] OwnerRemember . . .
