Dear Customer, we apologize for any inconvenience that you have occurred due to the slow Internet speed as well as any outages Our Technicians have addressed your concerns by monitoring the Internet speeds remotely and have not been able to dedect any problems, as they also replaced
the modem and any connections and it sounds like the problem still exists, I have requested to have your speed upgraded from 10mg to 25mg at no additional monthly charge ( sometimes certain wireless programs such as Netflix etc slow down your service), should the problem still persist please feel free to discontinue our Internet Service Thank you The Wire Masters/Sight and Surf Direct: ###-###-#### office: ###-###-####
