This is being sent in response to the complaint you recently received about our company. When the customer first brought in his vehicle he asked me to check the vehicle a noise in the front end explained to him we don't check vehicles , as a recurring customer he would already know this but reemphasized it yet again to him. When he initially brought his car in he didnt mention anything about having it at a [redacted] dealership or what he was told from them. So, I did what the customer had asked and checked his vehicle for front end noise, and found the noise didn't pertain to any work that was done in our shop 8 months prior. When I called the customer to let him know that I had checked his vehicle and explained what the problem was and what it would cost to repair he got very angry and Said he wasn't going to pay anything and hung up. When he did finally come to pick up his vehicle again he was explained his vehicle wouldn't be released without payment. And a work order had been written when the car was dropped off. We couldn't come to an agreement so the Philadelphia Police had to be called the lieutenant lisletted to both sides of the story and in the cnd agreed that paying the $75.00 was fair to resolve the issue. The $75.00 was paid the vehicle was released. It is unfortunate because of this one incident we have lost a good customer.Thank you,

Review: The [redacted] dealer technician told my husband that recent-front end work performed on the car was loose and needed to be tightened up. My husband took the car to [redacted] Sigimondi Foreign Car Service where the original front-end repairs were performed. My husband told Mr. Sigimondi what the [redacted] technician had reported and asked Mr. Sigimondi to take a look and see if there were problems with his previous repairs. Mr Sigimondi called my husband and said it would cost $350 to repair the vehicle. My husband refused the repairs estimate and said he was coming to get the car. Mr. Sigimondi then told my husband he could do the repairs for $250. Again, my husband refused the repair estimate and said he was coming to get the vehicle. When my husband arrived at the repair facility to retrieve the vehicle, Mr. Sigimondi had it suspended, in the air on the inspection apparatus in his garage. He refused to give my husband the vehicle saying it would cost him at least $150 to get it out of the garage. My husband left, and it has been three days. We have been unable to get our vehicle. As a result, we have been without our car for almost a week and have missed important business meetings. We have been greatly inconvenienced. Mr. Sigimondi is costing us time and money. We disagree with the amount being charged and wish to take the vehicle to another repair shop. We have been doing business with Mr. Sigimondi for five years and regret this outcome. We have referred new customers to Mr. Sigimondi and are surprised by his lack of professionalism. He is extorting money from us for repairs he did not do.Desired Settlement: We want Mr. Sigismondi to fix his shoddy repair work for free. We should not have to pay $350 for his mistakes. We would like our vehicle back in working order and for the threats to stop.

Hi, there is no paperwork. Everything was word of mouth.

The situation has been partially resolved. We have our car back - however, we had to pay $75 for no work. He was asked to tighten up a previous repair job and he did not do it. We needed our vehicle and could not wait for the lengthy Revdex.com resolution time frame.
