I have not heard from my attorney *** nor has the attorney who is representing the other party in my case since 8/30/18 even after numerous phone calls and emails. I have not received a bill since I hired her and gave her $5,000 deposit in December 2017. She is representing me in the distribution of my father's estate. She has been contacted by the estate attorney as well as the other party's attorney but has not responded to any of us. This is the second time this has happened. The first time it happened she had an email from the other party's attorney sitting in her email for 5 weeks and it wasn't until the estate attorney contacted her that she sent me the 8/30 email.
