Now that she is getting sued she has become responsive. Its too late. she will have to contact our attorney at this point to settle.
We are A rated and an ethical company as the Revdex.com knows. Her claims are completely fallacious.

The response clearly shows how this company handles business, to begin, who is Ms. [redacted]. As you can plainly see that is not my name. And had you responded to any of my calls and requests to meet previously before the attorney, no claim would have been filed. I had several appointments for the salesmen [redacted] to come out and show proof of where this 18 feet of wood for $270 was placed on my roof and no one showed up. Last appointment set for 10/08/2013 for [redacted] to come out to meet with me at my home to show where this wood for $270 was placed, he canceled and nothing was done to try to rectify this situation, only threatening calls and voicemails, stating that his boss is after him for the money and that they are going to sue. I simply asked for someone to show me proof of this and no one came out.

After these last two attempts made to them and no one came out, the only response that I have received is threatening voicemails stating to pay them now or they will sue. I am going to assume this is how you handle business. I am not being nasty as you are per your response, I simply want to be shown what I am paying for.

[redacted] went to meet her the 10/08/2014 and she didnt answer door. He also scheduled anither appointment that Ms. [redacted] cancelled saying her mother is sick. [redacted] also provided her with a diagram showing her where we replaced the wood. Then he called her 10 times and she ignored them all with NO call back. That is the kind of person we are dealing with here.
The job was finished on july 11th. Shes calling in October. Further proof that she is just stalling and doesnt want to pay.
At this point our attorney has been hired. All calls should be directed to him. She will now have to pay for the wood and his fees.

He himself stated to contact his wife directly to resolve any issues. Her name is Ms [redacted] and she actually is very satisfied with job and her small area of grass damage will be addressed by Champion...

We have done everything possible to satisfy an undatisfiable customer
I haved lived in this house fo 25 years. This is my 2nd roof project. Champion's quote was very competive. Their management team was very professional and their installers were absolutly Awesome. I highly recommend this very reputable company.
