Attached is my paid tow bill which I paid in cash due to tow company attendant telling me I must bring cash to get our rental car back, which seem really strange. This tow company is shady and recently changed their name to 51st due to alot of bad reviews wich were very simular to my complaintAlso there is not only one entrance to the Lot as the tow company said. I went back the next day to look things over and the main entrance is off of Seawall blvd which does have a chain after hours but I entered on east end of the lot to the rear of a gas station which is wide openno chains, signs nothing that states it is private property on that side of the lot, We simply saw cars parked there and did not relize it was a pay lot or I would have spent the Ten dollars. Also the statment from tow company stating I picked up a ticket off the ground is a complete lie. these people are sitting and waiting for tourist to pull into this lot and park not knowing it is a paid lot and then towing peoples vehicles. I watched three vehicles get towed out after mineThank You*** ***
