night we do not staff for a real busy night and we try to accommodate all, but ourpolicy is to close the Patio so we can focus our customers in the building, in the main diningroom, when the servers feel they cannot provide great service, this, concentrating thecustomers in the dining room allows us to give the best service to our all of our customersThusclosing sections of the restaurant is necessary, especially on a Monday night where we haveonly two servers and seats in not just policy but necessaryOn a Friday night we do open allseats and areas of the restaurant -then again we have five servers to handle that load plus abusboy II hope that you understand that we always try to give our customers the best food and service,sometimes we failBut I also hope you understand why we didn't want to serve in the patioIhope we can continue our mutually agreeable customer /Restaurant relationship.Sincerely,*** * ***Owner
