In September, I purchased a Suzuki Forenza from Sigma Motors for my daughter The salesman was Daniel The appearance of the car was in ok condition and was assured by Daniel that the car did not have any mechanical problemsThe car was paid for and driven off the car lotWithin minutes of driving away my daughter began experiencing problems on the road The car would not go faster than mp People were blowing at her to move But the car was acting crazy She found the nearest stop which was Walmart and called Daniel After about hours Daniel came and took the car He later told my daughter that the car was a recall and had to go to the dealer to be fixedHowever the car was put up for sale on Sigma's website at 1/of the original cost
Daniel replaced the car with another Suzuki Forenza which cost over $more than the first There was water leaking from the second car but Daniel again assured my daughter that it was from the air-condition A few days later the car started overheating (Yep, problems with car no2) I called around to several mechanics in the area and checked out their ratings*** had great review so I told my daughter to take her car there
There was a broken reservoir *** the mechanic replaced the reservoir and some other parts for my daughter A copy of the invoice was given to Daniel which after much begging he took $off my daughter financed balance Three days later the car began overheating againOnly this time it was the water pump
I asked Daniel if his mechanic does a thorough check with his cars before they are being sold with mechanical problemsHe said yes and they would drive the vehicles at least to miles...........hahaha
Trying to get my daughter's car to a drivable condition has been very expensive so I asked Daniel to meet me half way Since the car was sold in the condition that it is in and he reassured that it had no problems, I asked Daniel to allow his mechanic to provide the labor and I'll provide the partsDaniel said no
In fact Daniel became very rude and told me to go to a car dealer and purchase a luxury car if that's what I am looking for
All I wanted was for my daughter to be able to get to school in a car that was reliable But my worst car dealer nightmare became a reality when that first car was purchased from Sigma MotorsThe car has been sitting in a parking lot for about weeks now unable to drive
