Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint We are unsure of what the actual complaint is as customer should have our correct phone number and email which is [redacted] and ***@sigmasolutionsonline.com These were given to ***, when we agreed the terms of the loan on 04/18/ We can confirm that [redacted] did give us her personal information as this is required to process the loan application, which [redacted] received the funds for on Regards [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They only call to say they will be debiting my accountThey just called yesterday to say they will be debiting my account this FridayMr John P [redacted] is lyingIf my account is truley closed and they do not attempt to debit my account on Ftidag then I'll consider the matter closedHowever I don't believe a word that comes out of their mouth Sincerely, [redacted]

Unfortunately, it appears that this is not a complaint that can be settled as customer does not appear to want to reach a settlementAs per the original complaint settlement required was confirmation that the loan was cancelled and that we have no claim to his personal information, both of which we confirmed in our original response.In addition we clarified his other queries and now he comes back with further allegations of which some we are not sure what they refer to, such as not honoured our agreed terms.Regards to the allegations of not a genuine secure siteWe can categorically confirm this is a genuine SSL certificate and a secure site and the mark is genuine as per this link https://seal.godaddy.com/verifySeal?sealID=aW7CsweNZKHpCsUGkyCmFwwPjecCOxSjG3QJ8... are sorry the customer is not happy with our services or that we could not help on this occasion.RegardsJohn P***

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.I would like to clarify that no information was obtained under pretences All information collected was in order to process the applicationWe do not collect store or see the online banking login - this is done through customers own online banking screen which is secureUnfortunately, we was unable to approve the loan and the application was withdrawn.We never pass on customer information to third parties.Yours faithfully John P***

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.we are confused by comments as *** *** only spoke to us recently and we agreed for her to pay just the remaining balance principle of the loan on 10th May. we do not keep debiting the account*** has made payments which
does not clear the principle she borrowed.Given this complaint it appears that *** has no intention of clearing the debtAnd we have therefore closed the loan. RegardsJohn P***

Customer agreed to the terms and conditions of the loan, which were clearly understood as not only were they in the contract signed by [redacted] we have a recorded conversation of the call with the customer confirming the terms and conditions.[redacted] returned payment back in August...

2015 and no further debits were attempted or contact made, other than a call from a lady claiming to be his wife and we advised we could not talk to her unless we had permission from [redacted].  We had no further contact.RegardsJohn P[redacted]

He has never called in to discuss this with us.We even attempted to make contact with him at work, but was told there were no personal calls at work so did...
