Dear *** ***,I spoke with *** *** today and we reviewed the terms of his warranty. I also explained that the tires were below the wear limits (1/and 2/32) and the replacement was due to the lack of tread. I invited *** *** in to review tire options and to give him

Good afternoon *** ***I spoke with *** *** on December 27, and we reviewed his concerns. I thanked *** *** for his feedback and assured him that we will use his feedback to improve, however, based on the e mail that he sent to me, our Sales Team did disclose the additional cost of
the freight.On December 28, Abbas K***, Executive Vice President left a phone message for *** *** and also sent the attached e mail. Although the proper disclosures were provided on the initial e mail, MrK*** wanted to clear any miss understanding and agreed to sell the vehicle at a price without adding the freight charge(Please see attached). I spoke with *** *** again as he requested an additional $as Toyota announced an additional incentive. I explained to *** *** that MrK*** was addressing his initial concern of the freight charge and the offer that MrK*** sent in writing was our final offer. *** *** thanked me for my time and we ended on a positive noteHe further stated that he lived far away and the price was not worth the trip with his familyOn December 31, *** *** sent me a text message stating “looks like not much has changed with Toyota of Bowie’s shenanigansJust got a similar misleading quote from Willie again“ On January 1, 2018, *** *** sent an e mail stating “I got a quote from Willie yesterday and it was the same old misleading quote I had got earlier! Dear Ms***,Attached you will find: A print out from *** ( NHTSA ) - this will show that there was no open recall when Ms*** purchased the *** and it was reviewed with her at the time of purchase A print out from *** that also shows there was no open

I am still working with *** *** on a resolution. He requested that I provide him with a copy of the brochure that was provided when he purchased the plan. I sent the brochure as well as the contract that was sent from Toyota Financial Services explaining the terms and conditions. I’ve attached the documents that I sent to *** ***. Both the brochure and contract refer to the exclusion that that tires must have a minimum of 3/tread wear in order to have coverage.I’ve left a phone message and sent an e mail and will follow up with *** ***.Thank youRose

I am rejecting this response because:NO! ! ! MSRP includes freight!  If you give me a discount OFF the MSRP, the discounted price includes freight! Its not rocket science! Adding a disclaimer does NOT give you the license to mislead people.One of the things I had asked Rose to do was to refrain from using this kind of deceptive quotes but Willie was back to his old shenanigans again!I dont believe you guys are interested in mending your crooked ways!

If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]The warranty paperwork I was given explicitly States that wear is covered. The $800 spent was to avoid having to purchase tires later. Had the warranty stated that wear would be an issue I never would've never purchased it . To change the terms after the fact and to exclude this information in the warranty information that you gave me  is  deceptive and shady. In essence your stating that 70% wear is ok but 80 or 90% is not. This is what needs to be in your warranty. I have puncture and road hazard in my car insurance policy and it doesn't cost $800. To resolve my issue honor my warranty and replace my tires and stop haggling about 10% of wear.
