Review: We contacted Sign Express Outlet to replace missing panels on our lighted sign. On November 26, 2014 the installers replaced two blank panels 42" x 60". 1/8th inch thick panels @ $70.00 per panel. And four graphic panels same size @ $120.00 each. The cost of that installation was $675.00 (paid in full). With in two or three after the installation the panels were blown out by a mild wind. On January 3, 2015 the installers were back to install three more panels same dimensions same @ $70.00 each. And one 18" x 24" 4mm thick plastic signs with graphics. Installation $600.00. The total for that came to $846.89 paid in full on January 6, 2015. With in weeks those panels were blown out by a mild wind. After speaking to the owner Bryan several times he in formed us the panels were to thin. I feel we're getting the run around and Sign Express does not stand behind there work. After countless phone calls we were told by Bryan that he would follow up on the job. It's been over a month now. I feel that if the installation of the correct panels were done right we wouldn't have this problem.Desired Settlement: We want the right sized panels installed to replace the "thin" panels the he installed. And stand behind his work/product/service in a timely manner.
