Review: SignFX was contracted to fabricate and hang a sign for our company. They were paid 50% of the total cost before beginning the job. After they collected the money, they did not finish the job. Our sign was never hung. SignFX has acknowledged their inability to hang the sign, and inability to complete the job. However, they have also refused a refund of the money.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: I contracted with [redacted] the owner of sign fx inc. on 10-**-13', to install sign letters on my trailer. He was suppose to do a design for approval by Thursday evening, which was not done. I sent [redacted] an email on Saturday morning asking him for an update. He finally sent a proof that did not look professional or like any time was spent on it. I sent back my ideas, which he said would be workable, and to drop my trailer off on Sunday evening. He wanted it Sunday so he could work on it Monday, including a proof for approval, so I could pick-up that evening. I did drop the trailer off Sunday, and on Monday night, he did not have the proof or trailer done. I explained to [redacted] when I dropped the trailer off, that I could not be without it, do to it was my business. So, now [redacted] assured me that the work would be done on Tuesday, and by Tuesday night, once again nothing was completed. He would not take my calls, everything at this point was by text message for some reason. I needed my trailer back to work for Wednesday, so he had a friend of his meet me late evening Tuesday so I could pick up. At this point I had given [redacted] $300 cash "50%" when we meet on 10-**. I asked for my deposit back, and he gave me the run around. I then tried calling him on Wednesday, with just leaving a message. I also text him saying I would be willing to have him do the job, and just complete per our agreement. He text me back saying thank you, and he would do so. Then from that point on, he never responded back to my calls, texts, or emails. He is just avoiding me all together, for something I feel I was being more then fair with.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get my $300 cash deposit back.

Review: We gave a check in the amount of $205.00 for a transformer and GFI cover. Check was given on 7/*/13. That was a Tuesday, I was told he would be back on Friday, of that week to install. [redacted] the owner, does not answer his cell or business number. I have threatened, to call my attorney, but I am filing this complaint first.Desired Settlement: Either come in and fix. OR refund funds in CASH
