The above dispute between My company and *** *** did not happen the way she had mentionedI was contracted for signs to be fabricatedI received her signed
approval on all signs to be made as well as her written authorization to run a deposit on the invoiceIt clearly states on all documentation that it is the customers responsibility to obtain such permits unless otherwise notedI charge a $fee to obtain a customers permitBecause this fee was not added to the invoice, the permit application was their responsibility
Due to the fact that her signs are custom fabricated goods, we do not issue any refunds or returns*** *** went to *** *** and filed a disputeI provided *** *** with all of my evidence and documentation proving my side of the story*** *** found judgement in my favor and issued the money back to my account

I am in receipt of the respond which I am rejecting as this person mislead me charge my  credit card twice without my authorizations, forged documents and signatures, and keeping my credit card confidential and personal information in his records for few months without my authorization. when I hired him originally he mentioned to me he will be taking care of the permit process for us I explain to him to make sure it will be done without no problems and not to start any work without having the permit first, he assured me that he is the only shop in the village doing most of the work for most of the people in the village and most likely  he will have the permit done within two weeks without no problem the whole job will be completed in one month.
when the job was not done after several months I inquired about the status of the job many times he was not able to provide me with any answer.
 When he found out the village will not approve his permit application  he charged me for the second time as if the sign work was done and installed and approved  called me on the phone did not let me know he charge my credit card instead he told me he will deliver the sign and I should install it without permit and then pay a violation fee as there is nothing else the village could do to me  I informed him I will not install the sign without no permit because it is illegal and I do not do anything illegal in my business I asked him to refund my credit card as I was aware only that time for the first charge on the credit card I was not aware he charge me for the second time till I get my credit card statement, or get the permit done as he promised I stressed on the fact he should not start any work without having a permit for I explained to him on the phone we had agreed that the permit should be the first step before staring any work as it is the basic requirement before starting any custom made sign work.
I disputed the charges with [redacted] as he provided [redacted] with fabricated and forged documents so they give him the judgment in his favor the first time I appealed their decision I provided them with proofs what ever documents he provided them is fabricated and none of them have my signature the signatures these paperwork has is not my signature at all I asked [redacted] to open a fraud case to investigate this company illegal fraud behavior.the credit card authorization form he provided to [redacted] I never saw before neither sign for it, all of the paperwork he provided he fabricated and forged a signature on them, even the invoice he provided to [redacted] I was able to proof to them this invoice was fabricated for the purpose of providing false documents to [redacted].
please help me to get the refund back from this company as this is my first step reporting this company fraudulent behavior as I am trying my best to help protect other people and stop this company from misleading  and taking advantage of hard working people.

Review: Dear Sir/Madam:We met with [redacted] to discuss the possbility of hiring his company to do some sign work, after few times he informed us he has his own connections with the village of [redacted] he will be able to obtain the perimt for us without no problem and he does not see any reason the village might deny our permit he ask for a deposit of $2553.38 to start the process we gave him the credit card we asked him to charge it $2533.38 after we get the permit, he did provide us with the application of the permit ask us to present to the village he inform us we should have the permit within 2 weeks we did that even though we were under the impression he is the one to apply for the permit he charges the credit card for the amount of $2553.38 as we applied for the permit and most likely we will get with his connection help, the process took for ever and then he gave us a call sometime on March letting us know the village will not approve the sign and he advised me to hang the sign and then fight with the village we told him we will not be able to hang the sign without the proper permit, and then after we received the credit card statment we found out he charge the credit card again for the amount of $2400.05 without my authorization for the second time we contacted him and we repeated the fact one more time he should not charge the credit card without providing the service he told us he is done with the sign which we never saw we told him he should not charge the credit card or do any work without having the permit first.this person mislead us letting us know he will be able to get the job done within two weeks he told us he will get the permit from the village without no problem becasue he has his own connection we met with the mayor and building department they inform us they will not be able to give us the permit because our sign does not meet thier requirment this peron is playing this direty trikcs to steal people's money thorugh these type of fraud behaviours.we disputed the chsDesired Settlement: we disputed the charges with the credit card he provided them with forged documents and forged signtuare confirming I signed and authorized him to charge my credit card which never happen.I am asking for your help to ask him to destory my credit card information and fully refund me with the amounts he charged me without no right and without providieng any services to us.Thank you for your help in this matter.

Because this fee was not added to the invoice, the permit application was their responsibility.

Due to the fact that her signs are custom fabricated goods, we do not issue any refunds or returns. [redacted] went to [redacted] and filed a dispute. I provided [redacted] with all of my evidence and documentation proving my side of the story. [redacted] found judgement in my favor and issued the money back to my account.
