Please do yourself a favour and use another company for your sign printing needs Signocity have horrible customer service I would say the are rude They threatened to cancel my order when I called to enquire and voice my concerns Then they delivered a product that I didn't even order and refused to rebate or acknowledge their mistake It added horrible stress to an already stressful campaign period I cannot urge you enough to stay away

I have recently just used sign o city for my printing needs and after reading the reviews about this company I'm writing this to defend them. This is a new owner and he just took over the company les than a year ago. Let me say this its a family owned business the owner is a gentleman and very kind and very knowledgable. He quoted me the total price and at the end also included free prints and everything was done great and quick. Reading reviews I still took a chance but then after meeting and doing business with them I asked questions and felt assured I'd be getting what I expected and I did. As a company let me say customer service today is hard to find and I try to provide good service and I commend Sign o City for there excellent service and great job and great pricing. This review comes from a company that has been in business for a long time. Great co land to deal with.
