Sign of the Crab

They have terrible customer service and do not support their products. They cost a lot and will not assist you when something goes wrong. My husband and I have both called on seperate occasions and they were rude to both of us. We also received no resolution. We have a broken porcelain indicator for the cold handle, a broken hose, and it leaks. My husband is a plumber and has never had to deal with a company that was so unhelpful before. I am very disappointed.
