In May 2016, I ordered from Vendor printed postcards and vertical banners. I have no issues with the quality of the finish product but with the vertical banner, something I had already purchased from the same vendor, it came with a carrying case, but when I was ready to pick up the new banner, there was no carrying case and the vendor wanted me to pay additional for the carrying which I did not the first time and when I placed the order this second time I said to the vendor I was ordering the same. Forcing me to buy a case is simply not right Second issue is that from the time of the order and when I actually picked up the items there was a lapse of time of almost a month, I made it very clear to the vendor and he agreed that it was fine. A week before I picked up the items, he spoke to a mutual acquaintance (a community leader) and told him that I was not wanting to pick up the items. This individual called me, had to explain the situation and that the vendor knew very well about

Customer placed orders of postcards and vertical banner on 2/**/2016, the job was done and was ready to be picked up on 2/**/Vendor tried on multiple occasions via different means to contact the customer notifying him that the orders are ready for pick upCustomer mostly ignored
vendor's phone calls and promised he will pick up his jobs the week after, and responded: " I will be there next Monday", "I will pick up next Thursday", which all were promises; this issue continued for almost three monthsWhen the customer ordered the vertical banner, it was explained to him based on the price he is requesting carrying bag WON'T be provided; the first time a different vertical banner was ordered by him years ago customer agreed to pay the higher rate to get the carrying bag At Signof VIP we strive to satisfy all our clients, but we understand that we cannot "make everybody happy". Although the customer has received his order with its original packaging, we can offer additional free bag as a complimantary gift
