Dear Sirs,We are in receipt of the above-referenced caseI do show that Ms*** created multiple work orders on September 12, 2016, listed as chips in the tub, cracks in the baseboards throughout living room and kitchen (ants are coming through, please seal cracks), and stopper brokenOur
maintenance team completed these works orders September 14th by caulking the bathroom tub, caulking and painting the cracks in the baseboard, and replacing the kitchen sink stopper.Two additional work orders created September 13th for spiders and ants throughout the unit, and for the installation of a new kitchen sink/faucetOur maintenance team replaced Ms*** kitchen sink on September 16th, and her apartment was treated for bugs by World Wide Pest Control on September 13thI understand that she has spoken with the apartment manager and all of her service requests, including those from move-in, have been completed.In regards to the mention of a mold smell, our Regional Asset Manager *** *** personally walked the apartment on October 3rd and found no evidence of mold, or a mold or musty smell.*** *** Account Resolution Management Support
