This is a response to complaint ID *** After receiving the first letter from the Revdex.com we realized that the customer's emails were going to junk mailWe immediately responded with tech supportOur policy is very clear that we do not accept returns on print heads, especially when a
non-certified tech installs them which is the case here, and that is the industry standardWe handle 100's of these transaction successfully every yearWe make it very clear that the customer is taking a risk when installing their own print headsIn spite of our own policy, we sent out replacement heads for the customer to try outThe condition was that the customer send back the “defective” headHe returned an old used print head that was not the one we sold himWe contacted him about it and he has not responded This customer has abused your system to scam us *** ***
