The property also has photographs on...
file to support the damage to the carpet and the areas in the apartment unit that required cleaning Services. The carpet required replacement due to damage beyond normal wear and tear. The apartment was not left in clean condition and required cleaning Services. There were also window blinds that required replacement due to damage beyond normal wear and tear. With the supporting documentation, the balance due of $596.55 is a valid charge and due the property.I have attached your letter dated June 4, 2015 for reference.
