Review: I purchased three international calling cards from [redacted], which has apparently gone bankrupt and was purchased by Signal Point. The calling cards are now inactive and Signal Point has ignored a voice mail and numerous emails requesting help. Have been trying to get this resolved for over a month. The most recent email I sent came back as undeliverable.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to pay the balance on all three cards.

Review: Since 2006, my family purchased international calling cards from [redacted] the World. Suddenly, they disappeared last year. They were purchased by Signal Point Communications or Corp. No notification was sent to us. I spoke with [redacted], ** of Regulatory Affairs. He indicated we would be reimbursed. Since November 2013, I was in communication with him and [redacted] from the same organization. According to [redacted], she would be the person to make the refund of the calling cards. For two months, I tried to communicate with them. They did not answered my calls or e-mails. My issue is not only the money but the principal behind all of this: businesses that are abusive and unethical. In doing my investigation to know what had happened, I found in [redacted] the offices of [redacted]/ Signal Point and was told by other businesses in the building that they took off overnight. I believe it is my responsibility as an USA citizen to report and complaint about this shady businesses so that other people are not taken advantage by corporations like this one. I can provide copies of e-mail communication to support this complaint.Desired Settlement: Refund of my family money but also a report in the files of the Revdex.com so that others know about this corporation's practices with the public.

Review: WE SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH SIGNAL POINT ON APRIL 2013 TO RECEIVE 10 MBPS. WE HARDLY GET 3.83 MBPS AND EACH TIME WE CALL SIGNAL POINT THEY STATING THEY REPORTED TO TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT AND NOTHING HAPPENS. I PERSONAL EMAILED THE MANAGER ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND NOTHING HAPPENED. WE ARE ASKING FOR YOUR HELP TO SOLVE THAT PROBLEMDesired Settlement: WE WANT TO GET SERVICES 10 MBPS WE PAY FOR, OR IF NOT WE WANT TO BRAKE CONTRACT AND WE WILL GET ANOTHER COMPANY AS PROVIDER.

SIGNAL POINT REPRESENTATIVE, GOT INTOUCH WITH US AND ADMITTED, THAT THEY CANNOT PROVIDE US THE SPEED THEY PROMISED, SINCE EQUIPMENT THAT THEY HAVE IS NOT ABLE TO GET US 10 STREAM. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

Review: We submitted a signed request to cancel services with SignalPoint on October **, 2014. SignalPoint refused to cancel our services quoting verbiage from some unrelated contract demanding an additional 60 days of payments. We signed our agreement with [redacted] in 2011 which SignalPoint acquired in a bankruptcy proceeding recently. Despite failing to produce valid documentation to back up their claim, they have continued to harass us for payments since, even attempting to use legal scare tactics to force payment collection.

Signal Point when pressed to provide documentation, magically attached an unexecuted Terms and Conditions document which was never seen, signed or delivered by either party. SignalPoint is now attempting to cheat and harass the old [redacted] customers with their new impositions.

Our repeated attempts to come to a mutual resolution with this company have been ignored. Their actions against us an attempt to defraud longtime customers such as us who have maintained an excellent 100% record on-time payments with the company they acquired.Desired Settlement: Cancel our agreement immediately effective Oct **, 2014 without penalty or further demands. Acknowledge such cancellation in writing.
