Refund of return shipping costs
We received a diploma frame that was much too large for what we needed and called to return it and receive a refund Per the company website I asked for an RMA to be emailed and was told one was not necessary; just to mail the package back
I then asked about reimbursement of shipping costs and was told we would have to absorb the costs
After shipping back the frame and further researching the website, it indicates that shipping costs should be reimbursed if customer service is notified w/in days of receiving the order We notified customer service day after receiving the order
After my 2nd call to customer service, the rep(Dee) then apologized after I mentioned the website content re reimbursement of shipping costs and indicated she would let the manager know to refund the additional $worth of shipping She also asked us to fill out an RMA which we did immediately
I subsequently received another email from customer service(Karen) that

On May 9th, I placed an order for a class ring with this company (INVOICE NUMBER ***/TRANSACTION ID ***) To date I have not recieved the ring, nor have I had any correspondance from the company I sent an email to them to a Geri who was listed as their point of contact and have gotten nothing back All published phone numbers for this company do not work and email to owners came back undeliveralbe

I received wrong address labels for my daughter's graduation announcements and poor quality frame

I ordered graduation announcements and diploma frame The address labels were wrong Allison said they could be replaced for a fee I protested and she said they would replace of the that I received The frame was of poor quality and I could barely read the college name on the mounting The frame did not look like the one of the websiteThe website was difficult to maneuver and I reviewed my order several times to make sure it was correct
When tracking my order, there was no information on the website so I contacted customer service twice to find my order They acted like it was a bother and had excuses to why they couldn't/wouldn't help me
I am disappointed in the quality of the items I received

I went through a link provided by the USFSP Bookstore on October 6, to obtain my cap and gown and tassel for graduation from this company
I placed my order on October 6, for a cap and gown and tassel package that included a frame and announcements Eleven days later I received my package via FedEx from Signature AnnouncementsIt had no voucher in the package However, it is listed on the receipt *** as being complimentary I sent an email to their customer service inquiring about my voucher as graduation is on December 9, Their manager wrote me back and said any appearance of a voucher on the receipt was an error on their part and they were in no way responsible for my cap and gown and tassel She even sent me a copy of their current web page, now over a month past the date I ordered my graduation package
