I have received verbal Intimidating and refusal to assist with online order from customer service in spring of Asked company not to contact me I ordered my son's college graduations announcements from signature announcements During the on line ordering process I call the company for assistanceThe customer service representative was rude, verbally intimidating and refused to assist with order in a professional manner I placed my order believing that it was on the way only to find out days later that it had not been processed We contacted the company and gave them the needed information only to find out weeks later that our order still had not been processedAfterwards I wrote the company and instructed them not to contact me any more Afterwards I received continual advertisements from Signature Announcement like clock work When I did not receive anything regarding my order being delayed I believe I ordered the announcements weeks before graduation Two wee

I received wrong address labels for my daughter's graduation announcements and poor quality frame Order number [redacted] I ordered graduation announcements and diploma frame The address labels were wrong Allison said they could be replaced for a fee I protested and she said they would replace of the that I received The frame was of poor quality and I could barely read the college name on the mounting The frame did not look like the one of the websiteThe website was difficult to maneuver and I reviewed my order several times to make sure it was correct When tracking my order, there was no information on the website so I contacted customer service twice to find my order They acted like it was a bother and had excuses to why they couldn't/wouldn't help me I am disappointed in the quality of the items I received
