Wouldn't recommend In short they lie right to your face and none of them have any idea what they are doing it seems Top to bottom these people seem shady all aroundNo idea how they ever got good reviews or even how they stay in business Never seen so many people in an office do nothing Showed up an hour after they opened to buy a truck, left about an hour before they closed I came with cash expecting to buy and go The whole thing was a giant game of tag One guy needs to talk to this guy, now we have to find this other guy to answer my question Oh now we need to find the bossman to see if we can take your offer I was already told by someone else was okThey listed a truck for sale and it was not ready to be sold I had to force them to change out burnt lights, no mention in the ad of it needing work I was assured the brakes were just done Nope, it needs pads and rotors all the way around, as well as having a leak I had to patch I was told by my mechanic whoever did the work on it that was done had no idea what they were doing It was obvious there was a new shift link cable installed, but it wasnt done right so it wouldnt shift into park If I knew about this before I wouldnt of drove an hour to get it and if I didnt have another truck for parts id be more [redacted] On top of that I sat in the office waiting for them to go get the title after I called them the morning of and day before about coming to get it After them having to look at it and fixing lights No dealer plates either, had to drive home with out plates and of course had to spend time explaining to cops I just bought it Very bad dealership assuming it actually is one They basically sold it to me out the back door as a private sale with a pre signed title Had some womans name on it none of the salespeople were the sellersVery very shady all around Very poor business practice more time was put into wandering around looking for other employees than was spent with any of the customers who came in that day Its not like they were busy either There were other people the whole day there and there are ''salesmen'' in the office plus a secretary and a ''mechanic'' that I saw could have been more oh plus the ''boss'' who I saw sweep floors whine at the sales people he was busy while sweeping and played on a forklift and moving trucks aroundThey also had the stones to push me about giving them a positive review online I had to bite my tongue on that oneThey do a lot of running around and talking without actually doing anything I buy a few trucks a year at least and I won't be coming back here to do it

I began the process of purchasing a efrom signature auto group on 3/22/
I paid for a full inspection and I authorized the repairs to have this vehicle in good running and driving condition.Some repairs included front end work, and engine repairs
Estimate- $1499.98- $
Actual Bill I Paid- $
I was told time and time again this truck was 100% road ready, with absolutely no rust and all issues were completed and fixed
I purchased the Efor the price of $plus the above mentioned repairs on 3/22/
Upon arrival of the vehicle I immediately noticed the check engine light that was said to have been repaired and the driver confirmed it was on when they left from the dealership in IllinoisI loaded the vehicle and began my day and within miles of driving I called Signature Auto Group explaining the condition of the vehicle was not as describedI was unable to safely keep the vehicle on the entire road let alone in my laneThe steering was

This place sells lemons and defaulted vehicles Do not trust bob with All repair Diesel Inc they practice the lies they tell they are not good for business still till this day they give me the run around months and they cost me in losses I trusted them treated them equal but they took advantage as a small business owner please in God's name don't go to Signature auto group

Customer contacted sales reprehensive Yan regarding the sale of his current car and the purchase of a new car in the beginning of Jan Customer *** *** requested Signature Auto Group to pick up his car for sale at the price of $18,for his current trade in of a BMW The car
was picked up at the customers house by a transporter for the purpose of a sale at *** *** *** and acknowledged the sale of the car, at the time the customer advised that he will be bringing the title and signing the paperwork of the new car once decided what vehicle he wantsKnowing the current loan on the car is much higher than the $offered from Signature he agreed to come up with the difference of incorporate the difference into the new car lease (shown via text messages). Customer than followed up by submitting a credit application for a new BMW lease sent to sales rep YanAfter a week of discussion and *** *** old BMW already picked up and sold at auction and transported to MD customer canceled the sale and declined to take a new lease or pay for the negative equity on the trade inCustomer was notified and agreed to pay all fees with the cancelation of the BMW sale from Manheim Auto Auction (also shown via text message). After scheduling further trucking from MD to PA and from PA to NY to get the customers vehicle back he was notified of an invoice for all fees and servicesCar is currently awaiting pickup at a secure storage lot at $35/day fee and can be taken by *** *** upon satisfaction of the invoice and will be released once full payment is made. This correspondence is a response to your letter of June 6, The Complaintant purchased a Ford Taurus X from our dealership on May 17, This vehicle ran and looked greatPrior to consummating this transaction the buyer was even allowed to take this vehicle home with him for two days
This vehicle was sold "AS-IS" as evidenced by the attached Buyers GuideEven with that we did agree to repair the glass on the side mirror, and replace two rear tires, post saleWe made arrangements for the buyer to take this vehicle to *** *** *** near his house for the repair of the side view minor, and paid the $charge via credit cardIt is my understanding that the mirror ordered was the wrong size and it has been reorderedAs for the tires, the buyer unilaterally purchased four tires for his vehicle at a cost of $As we agreed to replace two tires, we sent him a payment of $175.00, check number (one half of his cost), which has not yet been cashed and is referenced in a letter sent to the buyer dated June 9, (enclosed)Part of this transaction called for a payment to the buyer of $684.00, which was paid by check on May 28, (a copy of cashed check is enclosed)On June 3, the buyer's trade in was paid off by Signature Auto Group, with a payment to Allied in the amount of $(a copy of the cashed check is enclosed)As you can see all the obligations of Signature Auto Group have been satisfied, and done so in a timely wayThere is one major part of this transaction outstanding, the complaintant has not supplied an executed title for his trade in vehicleWithout this he is in default of our agreementThank you for hearing my side

This is one of few places that have a full lot of work vehicles of all different price rangesFlew all the way from denver just to purchase from them because they are so professional and helpfulThese are good guy, give them a call and ask for Tony he was a great salesman and would highly recommend him
