Review: Hello, my name is [redacted], I resent Ly purchased a car Audi A4 2008 . The next day after check engine light went on.I called the diller and brought my car back, they tried and filed to fix issue and 2 days after check engine light went back on again. I called them and asked to return the car as I'm very unhappy and disappointed with quality and the condition. Their response was they don't care I can take them to cort they won't give me money back. They said I can keep taking car to macanic as long I have warranty after that I'm on my own or I can buy extended warranty from them. Given all this I find it necessary to filed a complaint against this busses establishment. Please help and guide me though the complain process as I do not wish this experience to continue with any other consumer .

I ASKED [redacted] IF SHE HAD SPOKE TO THE MECHANIC NORMAN S[redacted] FROM RACING RESULTS IN REGUARDS TO THIS ISSUE BECAUSE HE HAD WORKED ON HER CAR PREVIOUSLY. [redacted] INFORMED ME THAT SHE WAS WAITING FOR A CALL BACK FROM HIM. I DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM [redacted] IN REGUARDS TO THIS ISSUE. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE Revdex.com IN REGUARDS TO [redacted] ISSUE. I PERSONALLY WENT TO THE MECHANIC MYSELF AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER NORMAN S[redacted] TO GET INFORMATION OF WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH [redacted] VEHICLE. How come mechanics can tell u the reason that my car does not start if he even didn't see the car yet? Is that a jo ke everything y wrote? Norman didnt even asked me what is wrong with a car he just scheduled an appointment. I'm waiting on call from your owner, I was told he will be there today. I have a car for not even 2 mounth and it already had so many problems, what am I gonna do when warranty will expire, the car is broken each part of it has problem, and had since the beginning, I called Robert D[redacted] over 25 times past week never got a call back, so what do I have to do with a broken car, which is not payed off?
