The single worst car rental experience I have ever had Not even close From the wait at the airport for the can, helping to load luggage then not having a seat to go because others got on the van Then getting to the rental location and the company not having the mini van I had rented Extremely long wait times Then the customer service manager Frank telling me I am arrogant and condescending Because of the problems Nope the single worst company I have ever felt with for customer service Cost you more money even when they don't have the car you rented Frank said for his employee to just get him (meaning me) outta here or he would cancel my reservation Don't bother going to this company total rip off

This company is so horrible to deal withWhile we were there getting charged more for the initial rental because of an insurance card that didn't show every single coverage (which we showed them we had on the I phone), other people were coming in and having the EXACT same issue - some left, some just took the extra charge after arguing about it They would not print off the email so they had the proof of insurance but just kept saying we had to BRING it in as a hard copy paperGet real - most places don't even REQUIRE paper proof - just show me your I phoneWe will NEVER rent from Economy againWish we would have thought about checking the Revdex.com first - obviously their rating speaks for them

The most HORRIBLE rental car experience I have EVER had! They say they are located at Orlando International Airport BUT are NOT! They shuttle you to a different location which means you cannot drop it at the airport and go as desired. That was the first lie. They shuttle my son and I to the location where they proceed to tell me you cannot deny insurance coverage. The cost of the rental was suppose to be $138- after scamming me the total was $352!!! Triple the price I went there expecting to pay. I have FULL auto coverage and didn't need theirs but they forced me to if I wanted the car. Since I was in the middle of no where at this point, I had to do it. Now if I was at the airport, I could have walked around to other companies and got a different car. This is why they don't have a location at the airport- they know customers would walk away. They said if I brought a copy of my car insurance paperwork, I could of denied it BUT still would have to put a $1,000 deposit down in case of damages! Who expects this?? No one. This was the WORST experience and legit ruined the first couple days of my vacation!

Should have done my research before I rented from [redacted]. You don't just need proof of insurance, which would be OK, they need to read you whole police so they can charge your card double what you deductible is. The clerk was one of the rudest people on the planet, he took my [redacted] conformation which has the price and hid it behind the counter and tried over charged me, then yelled at me that I needed a toll charge, even though I was not going on a toll road. It took over 30 minutes to rent this car and got a beat up, dented car that they did not want to mark as damaged. I made sure that they did. Do not rent from this place.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Signed up to rent a car for $187 for the whole week and ended up paying $347 when I went to pick up the vehicle. I will never ever use them again! I have full coverage insurance and provided to them that I did and they still made me pay $16 a day for insurance! Beware
