This company charged me for pet stains when there was never a pet nor stains in the unit. The manager Holly Hidalgo refuses to speak with me about it.
I am a tenant from the apartments Chelsea on Southern. Holly Hidalgo's (the office manager) company info was given to me regarding the charges for carpet cleaning of my apartment. The company charged my unit for pet treatment and stains of the carpet. There was never a pet in the unit, and especially not on my lease either. My deposit for my apartment was never returned to me due to this matter. The apartment complex then asked me to contact this company myself regarding the matter, and Holly Hidalgo refuses to speak with me. Her customer service is ridiculous. I don't think this company is legitimate, due to the fact that there was no one to answer the phone the first four hours of their given business hours, and there inability to speak with customers regarding any issues, but will speak to other customers for new sales. I am very confused and very upset regarding this matter, and Holly's rudeness and unprofessionalism did not help with this matter.
I would like for this company to correct the charges on this billing statement that was sent to my apartment complex, so that I may rightfully receive my deposit. I'm unsure what apartment that needed these services rendered, but it was not mine.
My apt complex hired them to clean my carpets. I had a leak in one corner, yet I was due for an entire cleaning. Signature only sprayed fragrance.
I specifically asked for no fragrance on Oct. 12 during the initial appt., yet my apartment smells like cherry potpourri. I was told that an unscented enzyme would be applied in the corner where there was a leak. Odoban doesn't even have a fragrance in cherry scent so what is it?! The carpet isn't wet and no vacuum streaks indicating it was cleaned today, Oct. 23. My entire apartment was supposed to be cleaned. It was one of the owners whom I met (and informed), but it was a random worker who must have been out today. Unfortunately, I wasn't home to remedy the 'miscommunication ' per the customer service agent. So apparently it doesn't matter what you tell the owner because it doesn't translate to their workers. And please explain how spraying a fragrance on carpet is considered cleaning it? Category 2 leak or not, listen and make notes of requests unless you want more negative reviews. The cherry fragrance is so nauseatingly strong. I have a headache and a neighbor agreed that it was making her sick as well.
This company was hired to clean the carpets in my entire apartment. Instead, they only sprayed fragrance. I have a massive headache from the cherry smell. I asked in the initial appointment that no fragrance be used if they were spraying the carpet with an enzyme to neutralize the smell. I had a prior leak and after the carpets were cleaned there was a lingering smell. Your company did nothing. You didn't clean the carpet in the corner or anywhere else. I want this company to clean my carpet for free or issue a credit.
Signature Carpet Cleaning came out to clean my carpets so the issue is resolved.. The initial visit requested them to clean the entire apartment and to not use any scents. Signature had the wrong impression that they were going to 'treat' the carpet only.
