Review: November 2015 A roof was installed. June 2016 I have a leak in the roof. Two weeks ago I called. The company said they would send someone. To date no one has shown up to review problem or fix the leak.

Review: We had Seamless gutters installed in August 2014 by the contractor. In April we noticed that the gutter to the right side was not going stratight down into the down sprout but instead was overflowing . When it rains real hard it comes down hard onto out porch roof and awning. We have no problems with the left side. We contacted the contractor the contractor three times by phone over several weeks but did not hear anything. Our contract provided a two year workmanship warranty and a materials warranty.

On June 10, 2015 I contact the contractor from my office which has a recorded line and actually spoke to Tara who is the office worker that sets up appointments. I explained the problem and she stated that she would speak with the owner to see about getting someone to come out. She stated she would call me back but never did so we proceeded to send an email on June 26th again documenting what we needed. to date no one has contacted us on this issue. We do not want it to get worse and cause any other issues.Desired Settlement: We would like the contractor to contct us and come out to look at the gutters to determine why it is not draining correctly. We understand they have other customers but we were also one of their customers and would like the issue resolved.

I recently had my roof replaced by Signature Construction. At the end of the first day the crew left with out covering the exposed roof and it rained. When I complained about this Eric the owner ignored the problem. After the work was complete I also got up in attic and noticed they left a section at the top of the roof exposed. I went and talked to Eric regarding this and he was to come to my house check this out and fix it. That did not happen either. I would not recommend this company to do any work. Eric does not return phone calls and does not do what is promised.
Very discussed customer. Never again.
