Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: LiesWhen they told me to go sit down with that technician she had earplugs in her ears and was texting while doing my nails and then started asking me questions which I assumed she wasn't talking to me I figured she was on the phoneI mean how are you doing a customers nails and texting and DO NOT lie and say she wasn't I was looking right at the open conversation she was havingMy son started to cry because he wanted to get out of his stroller which I didn't want to take him out because he would have went around touching so I left him in the stroller so don't lie and say she put in the earplugs because of that when she had in earplugs from when I walked in the salon you can ask my mom who was with me because my mom asked the same question "is she seriously going to attend to a customer with her earplugs in?" And it did not take minutes I noticed as she was doing my nails they were messed up because she was texting AND rushingI'm paying money for a rude technicianAND my son was disturbing other customers LAUGH OUT LOUD! Besides my mom it was like other people the other "people" getting manicures and pedicures were THE OTHER EMPLOYEESSo knock it offWhen I asked someone to redo my nails they wanted to give me THE SAME NAIL TECH but like I said why should I sit down with her again she's rushing and texting no thank youBut then all of a sudden everybody is sitting around bored and couldn't do my nails I asked for the [redacted] again NOBODY answered me I was basically ignoredSo I just told them take off the polish so I could go elsewhereI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALONTEACH YOUR STAFF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT TO TEXT WHILE DOING A SERVICE AND WHEN A CUSTOMER SITS DOWN AT YOUR TABLE IT WOULD BE NICE TO TAKE OUT YOUR EARPLUGS AND NOT TEXT ITS RUDEThanks! the customer was here for acrylic filling was $and clear top gel was $In the middle of the process of doing her nails, her baby was crying and screaming loud, and the noise was disturbing other customers , so the technician asked if she wanted to take the baby out or calm the baby down, but
she said no and insisted finishing her nails, but the baby kept screaming, so the technician put on her earplugs and even customers were getting services done,,they had their earplugs on alsoHer nails were done, she didnt not say anything until minutes later, she wanted to take off her nail polish, so one of our nail tech looked at her nails, and told her only one fingure nail was smudge, and he was willing to fix for her,,but she responded very rude that she wanted to take off the color of all nailsThe same techinician that did her nails asked her if she wanted another color, she told her she just wanted the color off, the nail tech took off the color , and the customer left, if she rushed on her nails she wouldnt stopped and told her if she needs to take her baby out for a walk, im sorry about the earplugs that she had to put on,because it was too noisy from her baby

Review: Horrible... If I'm paying almost $30 for my nails I want them to look nice. The nail technician was rude. How are you doing my nails with the earplugs to your phone in your ears and your texting while doing my nails. It's common courtesy to take out your ear plugs and attend to the customer. She rushed doing my nails which resulted in rushing the drying process and not paying attention to what she was doing. Then when I requested the service be redone every single worker ignored me and would not redo my nails. So I asked either redo them or give me back my money. I shouldn't pay $30 for crappy work and service. Then this same technician wanted to redo my nails... For what?!?! So you can rush again!?! So I declined and just asked to take off my polish and I'll go to another salon. Then when I asked to speak to the [redacted] all of a sudden NOBODY knows who owns this salon. I will never step foot or put a penny into that salon ever again. Just an all around horrible experience and I DO NOT recommend that salon.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the crappy service.
