Matrix opened the letter from the Revdex.com this morning February 15th at 9:00am and proceeded to figure out what was going on with Mr*** jobAfter talking with the customer we realize that a small punch of items that was supposed to be completed by one of
our installers was never completed That installer told the office it was done, but did not do the task and we are just now finding out about thisThat installer no longer works for us because of other unrelated items so we still do not know where the customers access panel is, but we will order a new one and get it installed as soon as it comes in from the millwork shop
We are still not sure why Mr*** voicemail was not receivedWe have a complex answering service that dumps phone calls into our office lines and forwards to our cell phones so we should have received this but we checked the database today and they did not findWe also have our main number to our offices listed on our contracts and in our advertisements that should be going to a live person all day long so we apologize that Mr*** was not able to reach someone at our office at one of these numbersWith that said, now that we are aware of the issues, we can resolve quickly and hope to get this complaint resolved with us and the homeowner and taken off your website once we are completeWe will need a little time to do this since those access panels take two weeks to come, but once that comes in we will be done. In the meantime we will send someone to his house to cut down the door and install the handrail and any other punch list that needed to be done
