Landmark Aviation sent you a letter on May 1, warning you against another breach of therules established by the SYR airport authority and Landmark Aviation concerning security at SYR("Security Regulations")As you have already discussed with John ***, you have breached the Security

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Signature/Landmark rents the property that is in question from the city of SyracuseIn the Minimum Standards for Aeronautical Activities manual for the city of Syracuse it states and I quote" Fixed Base Operator: A person operating under a written agreement for the use of land, buildings or facilities at the airport for the purpose of providing to the public services required"I am being singled out because one person has a vendetta against meI am being denied public access to a public airport that gets federal fundingThat is contrary to FAA policy.
