Review: I originally had my windows tinted about a year ago here. I was quoted $195.00 from another tinter but paid Signature $225.00 because they promised that they used better tint and had a better warranty. I brought the car back two weeks later because the tint was bubbling on the back window and the guy working in the back took a look at it and quickly dismissed it as not being their fault and said it was because my rear window defroster was bumpy. Problem was the bubbles are only where the parking sticker he took off was and I believe he did a poor job removing the adhesive before he tinted. I was cool about and let it slide. BUT now the front power windows are scratched up. I took it back again about 3 weeks ago and spoke to [redacted]. She came out and took a look and said they are scratched because there is no felt. I informed her that I was aware of it needing felt because I had called several other tinters and when I agreed on going with Signature the price I paid was supposed to include the felt. [redacted] researched my paper work and there was nothing showing that I had declined felt. She called someone and came back and said she would take care of it. I was pleased with her service but unfortunately I have since then been treated terribly.I had a scheduling conflict because they are closed on Sunday and Monday and those days at the time happened to be my days off. I went in today at 9:30 a.m. (Friday) as there was a change in my schedule. When I arrive I asked to speak with [redacted] and she was not in yet. [redacted] (the owner!) asked what it was concerning and I explained. He complained that it was going to cost him a $100.00 to fix and that if he did it was only going to scratch again. I replied well it only scratched because you guys forgot to put the felt in. He said that the Mustangs and the Mercedes all scratch (certain models) regardless of the felt. I wanted what I paid for and said I would still like him to fix his mistake and install the felt. I was very uncomfortable dealing with him as he was very aggressive. He told me he had a person at twelve o'clock who didn't confirm and to come back then and that [redacted] would also be there. When I arrive [redacted] had an employee come out and tell me he was to busy to redo my windows. I came all the way back for nothing. I reasoned that if it was only going to scratch again even with the felt then I should have been told that up front before I gave him my money. I was willing to give him a shot at fixing it but since he was putting me off after driving back and according to him it was a waste of his money and time, I just asked to be reimbursed. [redacted] was extremely SARCASTIC AND CONDESCENDING. He even picked up his book and threw it down. I was shocked at how easily he came unglued. I don't need to deal with this type of adolescent behavior so I told him I would pay someone else to fix it and go through Revdex.com to try and recoup my losses, The rudeness continued and he said " and tell them what"? He even at this point tried denying that he said it was only going to scratch again. In short, he told a bold faced lie.Desired Settlement: I would like to reimbursed $225.00
