Scott and Dennis were very professional and helpful They performed the spring service on my HVAC, and recommended some preventative maintenance for the future I will gladly recommend them to others

Technician arrived within a few hours Danny was professional and diagnosed the problem He returned as scheduled and installed the defective part Humidity has not yet reached desired levels but Danny indicated it may take a week

Signature has continued to provide excellent service for the past 6 years. They installed a Geo system (ground source) and a air source heat pump six years ago. I have been very happy with their service and support calls when needed. The folks are very professional and clean. The office staff is very responsive and helpful.

New to the area and did an online search and found favorable reviews of Signature Heating. I found their technician Danny to be very friendly, fair and efficient with dealing with our AC issue. My expectations from what I had read were not diminished. I even decided to get a service contract based on my own questions and observations, He didn't even bring it up.

Bob arrived at our house at the end of the day...he was upbeat, energetic and very knowledgeable.

In addition to servicing the furnace ad air conditioner, he alerted me to other things that needed attention. He told me what was available, but didn't pressure me about anything. He was considerate at all times.

Originally contacted Signature when we were having issues with our GEO Thermal system. They came out in a timely manner and fixed the problem. We decided to sign up for the service plan. Danny C was the first to come out and do the service on the system. He was super personable and professional. He was in and out in a timely manner. Best of all no additional charges.
Signature was very flexible with scheduling and great on sending out reminders via phone and email about the upcoming appointment.
Their prices are competitive and everyone so far had been great in all aspects.
