Terrible service, we wanted to cancel an order for glasses and contacts within 24hrs of ordering them (we went on a weekend) to avoid having the glasses to be made and shipped out, but we were told they cannot call to cancel the order because the person who placed the order was not working that day and I would have to wait until she returns before I can cancel the order That would be silly because the whole point of cancelling was to avoid the processing center to process the order and ship it out, no one at the practice was willing to make a simple phone call to cancel Instead, they insisted that we have to pay a 30% restocking fee once the glasses arrived (days later) I had to call my insurance to make sure they sent the check back to them and cancel out the claim that was made on our account for the glasses and contacts It was because of this phone call to the insurance that I was told they were actually NOT in-network with my insurance I was being charged out-of-network pricing for the last years without knowing! This place is a scam and fraud I have filed a complaint to the insurance company for falsely advertising and misleading to get our business
