Shady businessBilled for services not performedWe noticed we kept getting weeds even after several applicationsMy wife stayed home one day and caught service technicians only spraying the front yard and billing us for front and back! We canceled services and kept getting billed even though no services were being doneThis was years ago
Then today we get a bill in the mail for $We have not been a customer for years! (And we were paid up for past service.) So, again the shady billing department is trying to get money for nothing done and bill non-customers to boot! I am willing to accept that people can make mistakes, but this is out of control! Way more than three strikes and they are so out! Stay clear of this companyIf you do use them, better make sure you watch every application and verify they actually do their job! The billing department either has crappy, lazy workers or does not update their computersTerrible experience!
