Requesting my security deposit be refunded due to never receiving the lease aggreement
On 10/20/I gave a Leasing Signature & Management Incemployee, Agent Kyle *** a cashier's check in the amount of $as a security deposit for the rental property located at *** *** Lancaster, TX XXXXXKyle then assured me I would receive my lease agreement documents via email so I may electronically sign them later that day on 10/20/On 10/21/I sent an email to Kyle requested my security deposit be refunded due to I was interested in finding a bigger floor planKyle responded via email on 10/21/the broker *** *** refuses to refund my deposit due to the property was taken off the marketI will either sign the lease or forfeit my depositI was never given my lease documents to sign on 10/20/2016, nor 10/21/via email or in personHowever as of 10/26/have not received my lease documentsI am now requesting a refund due to Signature Leasing & Manage
