Review: We were told on many occasions by [redacted] the [redacted], that a service rep would contact us for the repair of our Stressless sofa. We advised the manager the sofa was purchased as a floor model and we are willing to pay for the costs of the repairs. We were told to bring in our receipts which we did. Many visits to the store were made to follow up and no one ever responded to us.Desired Settlement: To have our Stressless sofa repaired for a fee.

[redacted], I did contact the service company aqgain & they assured me they would get a hold of [redacted] by the middle of next month to tale care of repair. I did forward a copy of [redacted]'s original reciept that he supplied for me to the repair company. This is in response to #[redacted].

Review: We purchased 2 sofas at the end of June 2013. We waited 4 months for the delivery and when they arrived on 11/**/13 we had damage to the sofas. They were expensive and we called the [redacted] store and spoke to our salesman [redacted] right away to explain what happened. We also attached photos. He called us within a few days and said they have nothing to do with damage but would have a technician contact us within a couple of days. When we didn't hear from anyone by 12/**/13 we sent him an email to remind him that no on ever contacted us. We left NY at the end of December without any resolution, because we reside outside of the country, and NY is our second residence. At this point since we are no longer in NY and won't be returning, we would like a refund for part of the purchase of the sofas of 25% of the sofas.Desired Settlement: We would like a partial refund of 25% of the total bill. We paid a total of $5,203.14, which consisted of a downpayment on 6/**/13 of $2,000 and the balance of $,3203.14, both on our VISA credit card.We are no longer available in NY to have anyone come, and realize that Signature Leather had no intention of sending anyone or resolving our complaint. Even when we called [redacted] stated that even as the [redacted] he had no responsibility or connection to any damage that happened during shipping!
