Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Email sent to business on 2/21.  Refund check has still not been issued... "Per our conversation on Tuesday 2/13 you agreed to pay a maximum of $160 for the stolen [redacted] 6S 64GB.  This is far less than we believe the phone is worth but agreed to this amount as we feel we have no other choice given the circumstances.  As far as the [redacted] piece not being covered and Bolt's liability for the phone we have never received a copy of the contract and were not presented one at the time of the move.  A copy was requested via text (per your instructions) on Tuesday 2/13 and again during our conversation on Thursday 2/15 but has still not been sent.  Also during that conversation I explained that the phone was not activated with a carrier at the time it was stolen which does not allow the "locate" function to work.  However, I did file a police report and contacted [redacted] to place the phone on their "do not activate" list.  When we spoke again on Thursday you offered to send some examples of phones you found online.   Because I have done my own research and have not found any listings for an [redacted] 6S 64GB with [redacted] access and in excellent condition for less than $250-$300 I suggested to forego sending the listings and instead focus on sending the contract and payment.  If you would like the listings you found on record please send them.   It appears that you called my cell phone again on Monday but did not leave a message.  I apologize for not getting back to you. At this time I do not feel comfortable withdrawing the Revdex.com claim until the contract and payment are received."

Mr. [redacted],..Please let this e mail serve as an official response and summary on the issue of your move which took place on February 3, 2018..      Your wife [redacted] contacted me February 5th regarding a damaged [redacted] cabinet and a missing cell phone ([redacted] 6)..     ...

We resolved that because the [redacted] piece was classified as "particle board or pressboard furniture," we would not replace the item and that our payment for damages therefore would be minimal if any.. These pieces tend to damage easily durring full-house moves..      Regarding the [redacted] 6 .. I looked up a few [redacted] 6's online; opened box like your's and we agreed that $160 would be an adequate amount in payment to remedy the loss of the [redacted].. This in light of the fact that (despite the contractual limitations on Bolt's liability for such items at 60 cents per pound per item) any negative publicity regarding this occurrence could be detrimental to Bolt's business..      I also requested that you both take advantage of the "where's my [redacted]" app that comes with each [redacted] so that you might be able to recover it quickly.     [redacted] sent me her address and requested that the $160 be sent there..Within 2 days of her text message.. I received a notification from the Revdex.com saying that you notified them of your claim.. This was contrary to our understanding and agreement..     You and I discussed replacement of the [redacted].. and 2 days later after I had located a couple of replacements.. when I called you to discuss the replacents.. you refused my offer and asked for a copy of the contract and also requested the $160..     I called you yesterday to be clear.. wether the $160 was in full settlement of your claim.. and wether this would result in withdrawal of your claim with the Revdex.com to no avail..     Until I receive a response, I will hold the payment.. and look forward to your response and the closure of this matter as soon as possible..Thanks,Rahs.. Bolt Moving,###-###-####
