He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and gave us lots of tips for getting the most out of our new car. The people we worked with in the Finance department were also very helpful and patiently answered all my questions (and there were a lot of them!). We recently leased a Mazda 3 GS from Signature Mazda which we really didn't expect to happen. We had a 2008 Mazda 3 named Maxum (yes we name our cars) and were getting the car serviced. While waiting a young gentleman named Joe Munster approached us and the rest is history. Next thing we knew, we have a brand new Mazda 3 GS which we absolutely love and proud of! Joe Muster is a professional at Signature Mazda making the transition easy for us and he's just a great guy, too! He went out of his way to ensure we would succeed getting the new car, offering several incentives to the point we couldn't refuse the deal and it just made sense to move on and let Maxum go. By the way the new cars name is Winston and we couldn't be more happy than we are now. I found the finance department extremely helpful in particular Patrick who helped emmebsely
