I am the general manager ofSignature Paving Services and I respectfully disagree with Mr. [redacted]'s assertions. I believe we have met and exceededthe terms of our agreement and request you...

consider the following responses to his statements:
In his letter, Mr. [redacted] asserts that we installed crack sealant "in places I did not agree to making the surface lookawful", suggesting that we agreed to sea l some cracks and not others. I have no record of him making such a distinction,and I am unclear as to how he would have delineated some "places" for crack sealant and not others as he was notpresent at the time of the estimate. Mr. [redacted] contacted us by phone to inspect the property and submit a pavementmaintenance proposal. We fulfilled that request and he executed a contract including 2,583 sq. feet of sea lcoat and upto 150 linear feet of crack sealant. Additionally, Mr. [redacted] was provided our terms which clearly state the contractedscope of work is the entire agreement between us and that no verbal or implied actions are included. My staffperformed the work exactly as contracted.
With regards to Mr. [redacted]'s claim the sealant was "applied lightly" in certain areas, it's important to note the actualproduct applied to his pavement exceeded the manufacturer's recommended application rate by 17.5%. This makes alight application in isolated areas unlikely, and subsequent inspection of the finished surface bears this out.
On a final note, Mr. [redacted] states "Signature Paving gave no solutions". In fact, we offered to return at no charge toimprove two small areas he identified. We also provided written intent to "make every reasonable effort to improveyour experience with Signature Paving" and that Signature Paving is "very interested in making you happy".Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] abruptly discontinued our discussions when asked to clarify his request that we re-seal theentire driveway multiple times at no additional cost to him.
I hope my responses to Mr. [redacted]'s assertions are received as amicable and objective. I also hope he reinitiates ourdiscussions and will consider all rea sonable efforts to address his concerns. Please don't hesitate contact me withquestions or if you require additional information.
