me.[redacted]Look I understand that they do have a policy that there are no refunds and only exchanges. But I think they should tell you this at time of purchase. I am out $185.00This policy is not how most stores work. And they should tell you at the time of purchase. The woman MariaF who waited on me was not only rude but had said to me that it says it on the receipt. Well What I told her is I don't get a receipt until I pay.This company is a sham. They are scamming people out of money and they should be stopped. I really would like a refund and for them to put there signs all over the store. They had one sign that was two feet from the floor under the cash register. It was not in clear sight. This ruined my valentines day. This company is making millions of dollars ripping people off.
