8x10 manila envelop. Most residents are ordering on line and many packages were being delivered to the office when residents were not home. Last Christmas, we had over 100 packages daily dropped off at our office.  We spent countless hours sorting out packages for the residents. We had tires and mattresses being delivered at different times to the office. On a normal day, we have 25 to 50 packages delivered to the office. Unfortunately, we can no longer extend this courtesy.  The lockers were purchased for the residents' convenience so they can retrieve their packages 20 hours a day in a locked facility. The $20.00 sign up fee is a one time fee charged by the locker company. Most residents stay at our Community for a minimum of 12 months. This equals to 5 cents a day for the convenience of having your own sign on and pass code to retrieve your package. It is $20.00 per adult so each adult can have their own secured sign on and pass code.  Residents were able to try the locker system out in April for free so they can choose to sign up or not.      Some of our residents who did not sign up for the locker service are sending packages to their work if they are not home to receive the package.   We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, we can extend the courtesy of taking packages for our residents.
