I responded to this complaint last week but do not see it posted in my file so I am submitting another.Mr. [redacted] called in to request an above ground pool opening which was scheduled on June 14th, 2017. When the tech's arrived to open the pool there was not enough water in the pool to start the...

system. They hooked up all of the equipment and explained to the customer that he needed to add water to an appropriate operating level and flip the power button on. They could not install a ladder as there was not one onsite- We then heard back from the customer on June 28th at which time he informed us that the pool would not "start" and could we come back out. He was scheduled for a revisit on July 3rd at which time the tech. [redacted], opened a gate valve and the system started up immediately. We did NOT charge the customer to go back out for this issue as a courtesy. We service thousands of pools and have never had a Revdex.com complaint. We have been in business for almost 20 years and take great pride in our relationships we have established with our customers. Calls are scheduled as they come into the service center and at certain times of the year we are exceptionally busy but we always provide service to our customers in a timely manner. This pool was opened and is operating. Thank you
